Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Orbit Rings International, each piece is made to order and carefully crafted before being shipped internationally to you. We are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, securely, and within a reasonable timeframe.

Production & delivery timeframes

All Orbit Rings pieces are handcrafted and shipped from our production facility.

  • Production time: 3–5 weeks
  • Total delivery time: 4–6 weeks (including production and shipping)
  • Engraved items: please allow an additional 2–5 business days

Timeframes may vary slightly depending on design complexity, stone sourcing, and peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Black Friday).

Shipping & couriers

We use trusted international courier partners to deliver your order safely.

  • A tracking number is provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery.

Delivery address requirements

To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery details are complete and accurate, including: full recipient name, contact phone number, street name and number, apartment/unit number (if applicable), city/state/region, postal/ZIP code, and country. Orbit Rings is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Missed deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or re-delivery is not arranged, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases the customer is responsible for any additional shipping or handling fees required for re-delivery.

International shipping

We ship worldwide, including to the United Kingdom, United States, and European Union. Orders are shipped from South Africa, and delivery times are included in the 4–6 week total timeframe. Customs processes may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Customs, duties & taxes

Depending on your destination country, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT/sales tax, and customs clearance fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer (orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place / DAP basis unless stated otherwise at checkout). Any duties or taxes payable are separate from the price paid at checkout and from our delivery charges.

Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier disruptions, customs clearance, or public holidays. We appreciate your understanding during these times.
