Orbit Rings will accept returns on the following terms:
- To complete your return, we require proof of purchase/order number.
- Incorrect, damaged or faulty (because of a manufacturing defect) product:
- Notify Orbit Rings within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the product.
- Orbit Rings will (where possible) exchange the product for the correct one upon receipt of the returned product.
- Orbit Rings will check all returns before the refund or exchange is issued.
- Orbit Rings will refund the full purchase price, including shipping if this is not possible.
- Exchange (incorrect size or colour ordered)
- Notify Orbit Rings within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the product.
- Orbit Rings use internationally suggested methods for sizing the product.
- Orbit Rings will not be held responsible for incorrect sizing done by customers.
- Orbit Rings will exchange the product for the correct one upon receipt of the returned product.
- Orbit Rings will check all returns before the exchange is issued.
- The Customer will be liable, in terms of section 44(2) of the ECT Act, for the direct costs, such as courier costs, of returning the products and shipping the new items.
- The Customer will be responsible to print the waybills (supplied by Orbit Rings via email) for the courier company to collect the return parcel from them. -The Customer will have the parcel ready for the courier to collect on the same day that the waybill is created.
- Orbit Rings do not have a physical store where customers could return the products themselves and collect new items.
- Customized/Engraved products can not be exchanged. Orbit Rings will where possible assist the customer to purchase a new item at a discount price.
